I have practiced law in Southern California for more than thirty-five years.
Following Law School, I worked at the Riverside County District Attorney’s
Office prosecuting various misdemeanor and felony crimes.
For the past thirty years, I have been in private practice, specializing in Employment Litigation, including claims for Wrongful Termination, Discrimination, Harassment, Retaliation, Violation of Public Policy and related claims.
I have tried more than 80 jury trials to completion. I have been a frequent guest speaker at seminars for attorneys, judges and human resource personnel, related to Employment Law,Trial Practice and related topics.
I have argued employment cases before the 2d District Court of Appeal, the 4th District Court of Appeal and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal.
I received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from the University of New Mexico in 1976 and a Law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1979.
I served in the United States Army from 1968 to 1971.
